and a 16-year civil war, a peace accord
in 1992 brought hostilities to an end.
An exciting era now prevails, with roads,
communication and infrastructure being
restored.

million people residing in the coastal
areas and fertile valleys. It is a country
of spectacular beauty, with 2500 km
of unspoilt coastline, virgin reefs
and pristine beaches.
HOW TO GET
THERE
Regular scheduled flights
from Johannesburg are offered to the
capitol Maputo, as well as to Inhambane,
Beira and Vilanculos. From all airports,
we transfer by Road (mainland lodge)
or by air and boat to the island lodges.

Mozambique offers a
multitude of sport and adventure experiences.
These include diving, snorkelling, sailing,
sea kayaking, windsurfing, water-skiing,
parasailing, horse riding on the pristine
beaches, dhow cruises at sunset, Land
Rover trips on the islands. Our resorts
are located on coastal mainland areas
as well as on the beautiful tropical
islands of Mozambique duration of stay
at these resorts may from form 3 –
7 nights.
